According to the statistics site pays bas chili cote, they could be facing the likes of Derby County, QPR, and Wigan athletic in the play-offs. Reading have the experience of being promoted through the play-offs, while they also won the Championship a few years ago.

A run of just two wins in the last five matches has to improve if Reading are to win the play-offs.

“It’s well done to the players, now we have a week of preparation. Next week we need the Madejski Stadium bouncing, Burnley will give us nothing so we’ve all got to be at it. If we do that, it’s in our hands. We’ve taken it to the final game of the season, as everyone knows when you’re in the play-offs anything can happen. Now we’ve got to get there first,” said Adkins. Reading are level on points with Wigan, who occupy the final play-off spot.
